Returns Policy

BHC will not replace or refund goods unless they are damaged.

If the Customer receives any Goods that are damaged, we shall replace or refund them provided that the following conditions are met:

The Customer gives notice by email to BHC by 5pm on the Working Day following its signature of the Delivery Note that some or all of the Goods have been damaged prior to their arrival with the Customer;

BHC is given a reasonable opportunity of examining such Goods (which may include the Customer supplying photographs of the damaged goods);

The Customer has not used or installed the Goods;

The Goods have not been scratched, soiled and/or damaged by the Customer resulting in them no longer being saleable as brand new.

The Customer (if asked to do so) returns such Goods to BHC’s place of business in their original packaging.

BHC may deliver the Goods by instalments, which shall be invoiced and paid for separately. Each instalment shall constitute a separate Contract. Any delay in delivery or defect in an instalment shall not entitle the Customer to cancel any other instalment.

The Customer should acknowledge that it deals with BHC in the course of a business and that statutory rights applicable to consumers do not apply to the Contract.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any order placed online is correct and to check the details at the checkout and on the order conformation, sent by email.

Waste Battery Policy

As a prodcuer of industrial batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, we BHC Distributors Ltd produce Lithium-Ion batteries. We are obiliged to take back free of charge, waste industrial batteries supplied to an end user for treatment and recycling.

We are required to do this in any calendar year we place new industrial batteries on the market. If any of our customers or in certain cases other end users, require us to take back industrial batteries, they should contact us at by email at info@bhcdistributors.co.uk. 

We will agree the necessary arrangements for the return of, proper treatment and recycling of the waste industrial batteries.

Our Solarwatt modules are available in two wattages - Premium panel Vision M5 Style 445wp (glass - glass) and Classic M3 445wp (glass - foil)

How many years warranty does your solar panels come with?

Our Premium Vision M 5.0 445wp glass-glass modules come with 30 year product and performance warranty, with 90% production guaranteed after the 30 years.

Our Classic M3 435wp glass-foil modules come with 20 year product warranty and 25 year performance warranty.

What types of customer do you supply goods for?

We supply Solar Installers across the whole of Ireland and UK, for domestic, commercial and agricultural use.
